Do you have a learning disability or a long-term physical or health condition?

Inspire Peterborough have teamed up with Oak Activities to run an inclusive fitness centre for adults with long-term health conditions, special needs, and physical, mental, sensory or learning disabilities.

Our aim is to offer the community support and guidance for health and wellbeing as well as providing a fun place to meet new people, make new friends and kickstart your health and fitness.

We understand taking part in physical activities can be a real struggle for many individuals on a daily basis, which is why we want to provide a space for those to be able to challenge themselves in a safe supported facility.

We have qualified instructors as well as NUstep gym equipment providing low-impact, complete body workouts suitable for everyone.
