Job Role: Business Support / Marketing Officer
Hours: 21 hours per week (flexible)
Salary: £10.20 per hour
Location: Bretton, Peterborough
Contract duration: 3 years
Inspire Peterborough is a project set-up under the auspices of Disability Peterborough, a local charity. We have recently secured a major funding award from Sport England and this will help us to improve the choice and availability of sporting and recreational opportunities for people with disabilities, their families and carers in Peterborough. This is a great opportunity for an administrator to join our small but busy team at the start of what will be an exciting three year project. Working alongside the Business Development Manager, you will help to establish and implement the organisational administrative systems we will need, including setting up and maintaining databases and meetings administration. You will be expected to keep our website and social media content up to date, planning and organising events and visits for the team and more.

The Business Support/Marketing Assistant role will involve:
- Setting up and maintaining effective administrative systems and assisting with all aspects of administration including meetings organisation
- Setting up, regular review and updating of mailing lists and databases to ensure all information is up to date and correct
- Producing electronic mailshots and all associated marketing material, updating website and social media
- Generating monthly reports
- Planning and organising of events and visits
- Liaising with our partners and stakeholders
