Healing Yoga (Peterborough) is dedicated to health, healing and personal empowerment through yoga.
We seek to help people meet the challenges of life by offering supportive teaching to help you keep well, maximise your physical and mental capabilities, make changes to your lifestyle and promote confidence despite the challenge of disability, chronic illness or a life-limiting condition.
We take a holistic and gentle approach and are careful only to select appropriate therapeutic tools from the full wealth of yoga practices. These may include:
- Simple movements and posture work (appropriately adapted)
- Conscious breathing techniques
- Meditative practices
- Simple vocal techniques
- Lifestyle and dietary advice
- Guided self-enquiry
We choose what is right for a person and we seek to factor in considerations of age, gender, cultural background or ability. The only prerequisites are that you are willing to learn and that you can breathe!

MS Society healing yoga is £2 per session
